April's Top 3 Questions from Customers
Did you receive my payment?
For the fastest service, you can confirm payments anytime by logging into your online account here.
When will I get my first application?
Services are scheduled based on routing and seasonal timing. We do not follow other companies' routes. Your service, and timing may vary slightly due to weather, but you can expect your service to take place pretty close to the same dates as previous years.
I received an estimate, how do I get started as soon as possible?
Your estimate is also our service agreement. Please sign in the lower left corner where it says Customer Signature. Then mail the white original to PO Box 361, Marcy, NY 13403 or you can place it in our drop box located at 9772 River Road, Marcy.
Our Services
What services do you offer?
We provide professional lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and other lawn health applications. We do not offer mowing, rolling, cleanups, or lawn repairs—please contact your mowing service or landscaper for those services.
What is included in the Lawn Care Program?
Our Lawn Care Program includes scheduled applications throughout the season designed to promote healthy growth and control weeds. Each visit includes a dry, slow-release fertilizer, plus:
-
Round 1 will also have crabgrass control.
-
Rounds 2-4 will all have broad-leaf weed control.
-
Round 5 will be fertilizer to help give the grass plant some extra nutrients over the winter.
What is Deep Root Feeding?
Deep Root Feeding is a treatment for trees and shrubs that delivers nutrients directly into the root zone to promote strong, healthy growth.
Getting Started & Scheduling
How do I get an estimate?
You can request an estimate through our website, by calling or emailing the office. Please choose one method to avoid duplicate requests.
When do applications start?
Applications begin in the spring as allowed by NYS DEC on April 1st depending on weather conditions.
What do I do with the lawn stakes left behind after a service?
You can remove the stakes 24 hours after service. Oneida County does not accept lawn stakes in regular curbside recycle bins, so you can put them in your trash. They can only be recycled through the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority's bulky rigid plastics drop-off program. If you live outside of Oneida County, please check with your closest recycling facility to see if they are accepted.

For the fastest service, you can view your payment status in your online account by logging in here.
